I never met Chris in person, but considered him one of my best friends. We interacted through one of OBOD's mailing lists, e-mail and an occasional conversation on the phone. We had planned to meet in Britain one day, but that was not to be.
Chris had been a Druid for nearly 30 years, when I first met him. During the ensuing years, I found him to be one of those rare people whose grasp of reality made him a sage. He taught me much.
Chris was an Anglo-Saxon who fully integrated his ancestry with Druidry which created something new. His tree was the Ash and his pursuit was truth. During the last years of his life he established the Druids of Albion in Scotland.
The following links, I hope, will give you a feeling for the wisdom of this wonderful Druid.
